By using Chitzy, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Chitzy. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Chitzy is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store and Mature 17+ on Google Play.
You agree not to use Chitzy to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
Messages on Chitzy are sent anonymously. We do not reveal sender identities to recipients. However, in cases of credible threats, harassment, or legal obligations, we may disclose information to authorities as required by law.
You are solely responsible for the content you send through Chitzy. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and deliver your messages as part of the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content. Messages sent to you can be deleted at any time by deleting your account.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deletion permanently removes your messages, profile, and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Chitzy Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy — contact us at support@chitzy.in within 7 days of purchase.
Chitzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of messages sent by users, or for any loss, damage, or harm arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Chitzy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
